The Solution

We created a sophisticated job platform using Next.js for the web, Flutter for mobile, and a Node.js backend with MongoDB for data storage. AI-driven job recommendations enhanced the candidate experience, while companies benefited from tools like Kanban-style application management and detailed analytics. We integrated Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications and AWS SES for email communications, ensuring GDPR-compliant security and multi-provider authentication.

The Outcome
