We envisioned an internal platform that would automate this process, providing a centralized system for meal selection, accurate headcounts, and dietary preference tracking.

Our UI/UX team led the development of Feastify with a user-centered approach. We conducted internal interviews to understand pain points and preferences, creating user personas and journey maps to guide our design decisions. The interface featured clean, visually distinct meal cards with dietary indicators, a streamlined order process requiring minimal clicks, and personalized dashboards showing order history and preferences. We implemented a cohesive design system using Tailwind CSS and Shadcn UI components for consistent visual language, with thoughtful animations and micro-interactions providing feedback during the ordering process.
