> Restoring lost fishes in the game with smooth gameplay mechanics.
> Efficiently managing Docker and Docker Compose files.
> Setting up an Azure DevOps Multi-stage build pipeline.
> Implementing licensing for Unity Docker images.
> Using Unity images to build the APK.
> Ensuring continuous deployment of the app on the Android store with Fastlane.
To overcome these challenges, the team leveraged Docker and Docker Compose for environment management. They established an Azure DevOps Multi-stage build pipeline with Unity image setup and implemented licensing for Unity Docker images. These images were then used to build the APK, ensuring a streamlined build process. Additionally, Fastlane was integrated for continuous deployment, enabling the app to be automatically updated on the Android store.
The solution ensured a smooth and efficient game development cycle, allowing the Samurai snake to reclaim its lost fishes successfully. The integration of Azure DevOps, Docker, and Fastlane streamlined the build and deployment process, resulting in a well-optimized Android game with continuous updates and seamless player experience.
