A custom Jira plugin was developed utilizing webhooks and APIs to integrate third-party issue types into Jira. This plugin supported department-specific workflows and custom fields, enabling a seamless experience for each department. The solution leveraged Jira Core, Agile, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, Atlassian Cloud, REST API, JQL Queries, and Java for development.
