The Story

To keep up with growing demand, the client sought to upgrade their existing booking platform. The objective was to enhance usability, flexibility, and efficiency while enabling seamless bookings for regular and event-based ferry services, such as high-profile concerts.

The client operates a vessel and ferry booking system in Abu Dhabi, catering to daily commuters, tourists, and event-goers. They required a modernized system to improve user experience, streamline the booking process, and enhance accessibility.

The Solution

A scalable, interactive platform was built using Angular 18 for the frontend and .NET Core 8 with a microservices architecture for the backend. The system integrated Microsoft SQL Server for reliable data management. The new UI ensured a seamless user experience, optimized performance, and improved accessibility.
