To keep up with growing demand, the client sought to upgrade their existing booking platform. The objective was to enhance usability, flexibility, and efficiency while enabling seamless bookings for regular and event-based ferry services, such as high-profile concerts.
The client operates a vessel and ferry booking system in Abu Dhabi, catering to daily commuters, tourists, and event-goers. They required a modernized system to improve user experience, streamline the booking process, and enhance accessibility.
