We partnered with the client to develop a mobile application suite aimed at enhancing the user experience for both homeowners and professionals. The goal was to create intuitive and feature-rich apps that would allow homeowners to remotely control their heating systems and enable professionals to manage installations and maintenance efficiently.

We developed two distinct apps: the Homeowner App, which allows users to monitor and control their heating systems, receive notifications for disturbances, and adjust settings remotely; and the Professional App, which offers tools for installers and technicians, such as Wi-Fi firmware upgrades, system commissioning, and access to product menus. Both apps were built natively for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) to ensure optimal performance. The backend utilized C#, JavaScript, and .NET Core for scalability, while secure data storage was managed through MS SQL, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, and local storage options for iOS and Android.
The app suite empowered homeowners with remote control features, enhancing comfort and energy efficiency. Professionals gained operational efficiencies, particularly with remote firmware upgrades and system commissioning. Multilingual support expanded the app's reach, making it accessible to a global audience. The project successfully streamlined operations and improved user experience in the heating industry.
