The Story

FiftyFive Technologies was engaged as a technology services and engineering partner to support a large-scale Qatar government data platform initiative. Operating under a team extension model, FiftyFive provided specialized Oracle APEX and OCI DevOps engineers to design, build, and automate a secure data ecosystem. The mandate was to replace fragmented, manual workflows with governed, cloud-native systems hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. FiftyFive owned architecture, development, automation, and integration execution while the platform remained fully operated by the client’s government stakeholders.

The client is a global data and AI consulting firm with 1,500 professionals across 26 countries, delivering enterprise data strategy, platform engineering, and AI transformation for public sector programs worldwide.

The challenge

The outcome

The engagement shifted government data operations from manual execution to automated, governed delivery. The first production MVPs reduced manual processing time by 60–70%. A Zero-Trust security model strengthened compliance and institutional trust. Automated CI/CD pipelines enabled rapid rollout of 16+ additional MVPs. Centralized auditability reduced governance overhead, while the modernized Labor Force application delivered real-time, reliable insights to support informed policy decisions.
