The story

Our client, based in Sweden, had an existing SaaS platform specializing in digital performance monitoring, observability, automated root cause analysis, and advanced data management. This platform plays a crucial role in troubleshooting complex technology-related issues and preventing revenue losses for their end customers. They need to have constant troubleshooting on this platform along with adding new features to it.

The challenge

The challenge was to transform their legacy SaaS platform while addressing performance issues, vulnerabilities, fix bugs, and develop new features for both the frontend and backend alongwith integrating the backend with services provided by other teams . Additionally, the client aims for high value SLAs and requires quick solutions for any issues that occur.

The solution

In response to the challenges, a team of 3 engineers, specializing in frontend and backend worked towards delivering a comprehensive suite of solutions: Firstly, the team maintained the integrity of the client’s legacy application, addressing performance bottlenecks, rectifying bugs, and introducing features for both frontend and backend using technologies like .NET Framework, JavaScript, and SQL DB.

The outcome

The team efficiently worked on maintaining the platform, making it more secure, and adding features to the tool which make it more user friendly, while following The SCRUM processes strictly. All the deprecated deployment environments were upgraded as well by the team. They delivered with quite frequent releases.
