• > Context Gap Analyzer – Middleware powered by fine-tuned GPT-3.5 to identify missing inputs and trigger proactive clarification workflows.

• > Guided Mode Orchestrator – Finite state machine (XState), MongoDB context storage, and dependency mapping for iterative, non-linear stage transitions.

• > Miro Integration Layer – Web SDK event listeners, webhook proxy, and AI-driven interpretation of board changes to maintain live sync.
